A professional headshot used to mean booking a studio, blocking an afternoon, and waiting a week for retouched files. The Headshot Factory brings the studio to your event instead: a real photographer, professional studio flash, and a finished headshot delivered to each attendee before they walk away from the station.

The Headshot Factory is not a photo booth with a backdrop taped behind it. It is a full headshot station staffed by a real photographer and lit with professional studio flash, the same lighting a portrait studio would use. Attendees step in, get directed through a few frames, and receive their finished headshot instantly. No sign-up sheet weeks in advance, no waiting on a gallery link that lands long after the conference ends.
At a National Gay Pilots Association event, our Fashion Booth headshot station shot 542 photos on day one and another 400 on day two. That is 942 frames across two days, every one captured under studio flash by a working photographer, with delivery on the spot.
Volume is the whole point of the factory model: keep the station running all day and hundreds of attendees leave with a portrait they will actually use.
Most people at a conference are overdue for a new headshot. The current one is a crop from a wedding or a phone photo against an office wall. Put a headshot station at your event and you hand each attendee something of real value: a professional portrait they can use on their profile, their company site, or their next application, delivered before they leave the room. For organizers, that is a benefit people remember long after the lanyards are recycled.
The station is designed for exactly these rooms: multi-day conferences, association gatherings, and corporate offsites where a large group is together for a limited window. We bring the photographer, the lighting, and the delivery; you provide the floor space.
The Headshot Factory is operated by Coachella Party, a service of Air4Media LLC in Palm Desert, California, serving events across Los Angeles. Call (760) 656-6636 to check your date.
